Terms of Service

Last updated: July 31, 2026

By downloading or using Invoice Maker, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

Using the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use Invoice Maker for your own business or personal invoicing. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app.

Your Account and Data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoices, tax rates and business details you enter, and for keeping your own backups of that data.

Free and Premium Plans

The free plan includes a limited number of invoices and features. Premium unlocks unlimited invoices and advanced features, billed through your app store on the plan you select.

Payments and Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in your app store account settings.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by the app store that processed your purchase, according to their policy. We will help where we can if something went wrong on our side.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Invoice Maker for fraudulent billing, to send documents you are not authorised to issue, or in any way that breaks applicable law.

No Financial or Tax Advice

The app helps you produce documents; it does not provide accounting, legal or tax advice. Confirm invoice and tax requirements for your jurisdiction before issuing.

Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend access if these terms are breached. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

Contact
