Invoice Maker is built privacy-first. Your invoices, clients and business details are stored on your own device. We do not sell your data, and we never ask for access to anything the app does not need.
Information We Collect
The app works without an account. Invoices, clients, logos and signatures you create are stored locally on your device. If you contact support or purchase Premium, we receive only the email address or purchase token needed to handle that request.
How We Use Information
We use the limited information we receive to deliver the app, process Premium purchases, respond to support requests, and fix crashes. We do not use your invoice content for advertising or profiling.
Data Storage and Backups
Your invoice data lives in the app’s local storage. If you enable a device or cloud backup through your operating system, that copy is governed by your device provider’s privacy policy.
Third-Party Services
We rely on app stores for distribution and payments, and on standard crash and analytics tooling to keep the app stable. These providers process only technical data such as device model, app version and error logs.
Permissions
The app may ask for storage access to save PDFs and for photo access to add your logo or signature. Permissions are optional and used only for the feature you tapped.
Your Rights
You can delete any invoice, client or signature inside the app at any time, and uninstalling removes local data. To request deletion of support correspondence, email us and we will action it within 30 days.
Children
Invoice Maker is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
If we update this policy we will revise the date above and, for material changes, show a notice in the app before the change takes effect.
